Elton John & Friends is a spacious first-floor, two-bedroom apartment at Chelsea House in Falmouth. It has far-reaching sea views towards Pendennis Castle from its large bay windows and private balcony.

The open-plan living space has high ceilings, tall bay windows and mid-century furniture throughout, alongside a sleek modern kitchen. There is room to settle into a normal daily routine, with two settees, two armchairs, a dining table and chairs, and further outdoor dining space on the balcony.

Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and air conditioning. Amy Winehouse has a super-king bed, which can be arranged as two singles on request, a G Plan dressing table, wardrobe, TV and side sea views. Bruce Springsteen has a king bed, original tiled fireplace, mid-century dressing table, wardrobe and TV.

The kitchen is well equipped for a longer stay, with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob, dishwasher and laundry facilities. Free Wi-Fi, four Smart TVs, hypoallergenic bedding, cotton linen, luxury toiletries, a GHD hairdryer, Alexa and a fan are also provided. There is a communal garden, and dogs are welcome.

The location makes it easy to settle into Falmouth life rather than simply visit. Several beaches, cafés and the South West Coast Path are within a few minutes' walk, while the town centre, with its independent shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants, is around eight minutes away. A nearby hotel also offers gym, swimming pool and spa facilities, giving you the option to build some of Falmouth's local amenities into your everyday routine.

Chelsea House sits in a part of Falmouth where the things you might want to make part of everyday life are close at hand. Gylly, Castle and Tunnel Beaches are all around five minutes on foot, with the South West Coast Path just as close. That gives you several beaches to choose from, as well as an easy route out along the coast when you want a longer walk. Gylly Beach Café, Castle Beach Café and the Princess Pavilion are all nearby too.

Falmouth town centre is around eight minutes away on foot, with independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants to dip in and out of as you settle into the town. For everyday essentials, the Co-op is around a two-minute drive away, Tesco Express around five minutes, and larger supermarkets within a mile. Free street parking is available outside the property.

The location also works well for keeping up a normal routine. Falmouth Town and Falmouth Docks stations are both within 5–8 minutes’ walk, while the nearby St Michaels Resort has gym, swimming pool and spa facilities. For a stay of four weeks or more, it gives you the chance to experience Falmouth as a local might: morning walks to the beach, coffee by the water, town errands on foot and the coast always close by.
